Hotel Location
Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel had a convenient location but fell short on cleanliness. The service was a mix of helpful and unreliable. The dining experience was subpar with limited options. The facilities were basic.
The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms seemed to be initially clean and comfortable, but issues like a smoky odor, intermittently working AC, and cleanliness problems were disappointing. The staff was helpful but had some odd policies. The location is convenient and close to the University of Calgary Veterinary Dept. , but there were some maintenance and supply issues. The dining options were limited and insufficient. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
The hotel had a larger TV than expected in the room, but it was small with only a few food options available. The service was accommodating despite some missteps. The location was convenient, close to public transportation. The dining experience lacked variety and cleaning service. Overall, some positives and negatives to consider.
I have to say my stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. The rooms desperately need a major overhaul; they were outdated, smelled like smoke, and the bed was so itchy. The front desk staff was also incredibly rude. On the bright side, the location is great, especially being close to the hospital and everything else you might need.
